Do you Travel?
YAS HONEY… we love to travel! But we do charge a travel fee on anything outside 15 miles of downtown Austin.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible in order to reserve your desired date/time and your preferred performer. We want to have enough time to put our best heel forward! However, that doesn’t mean we can’t make Drag magic happen, hunnnee! During high season, weekends can book out in advance so get that reservation in! If you have a last minute request, we always do our best to fit it in. However, please keep in mind we do have a rush fee for any events made booked within 24 hours.
can I choose my Drag Performer?
Sure! You are welcome to request a specific performer. However, it’ll all come down to availability. If they are not available, we can always recommend another performer that would be fitting for your occasion and preferred style. All of the performers we work with our professional, entertaining and FABULOUS so you will never be disappointed.
can I pick the songs?
We love song requests and will do our best to accommodate at least one and then we will pick the other one that best fits the celebration vibe and what the performer can serve the best! We also have many songs that we perform really well and love it when we’re given a vibe of a genre of music. Keep in mind that if it’s a very abstract or unusual song, we may not be able to learn in time.
What times do you deliver an extragram?
Our prices reflect on anytime between 10:30am and 10pm. If you prefer to have your delivery earlier or later, we will do our best to accommodate, but may charge an extra early or late night fee depending on the exact time. It takes our performers about 3 hours to get into Drag and they often have late night shows so we try and do our best to work with their schedules.
What’s the CANCELATION Policy?
Once you book your Extragram, we are confirmed and contracted to pay our performers for that reserved date/time and we no longer take on other bookings. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that things happen, and we will do our best to accommodate if given advance notice. We typically charge a $50 rescheduling charge if done before 14 days of the Extragram and other major changes made within 14 days will be a $100 rescheduling charge.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We are on rain or shine! If you have an outdoor Extragram, we will request to go inside to perform. If there is severe weather prohibiting travel then we will reschedule for another time/date. Any dangerous weather conditions such as icy roads or freezing temperatures that put driving at risk, then we will have to reschedule. Safety first, honey.
Do you bring your own sound? Do I need to provide anything?
We come fully prepared! You don’t need to do anything. Once you book it, you just sit back and relax and let us WERK! We bring a portable sound system and the music and the announcer handles all that. We want to ensure a seamless and high end show so we like to work with our own equipment that we know is gonna serve an amplified sound. For larger events such as big scale corporate or weddings, then we will directly with your venue or DJ to make sure they have the necessary tech!
Why do you charge what you do for such a short amount of time?
Extragrams is a deluxe entertainment delivery service and rooted in fair pay to artists. Each Extragram is catered towards the occasion and we only provide top-notch, highly professional performers that have certain minimums to get into Drag (which takes hours and includes a lot of materials). You also get an announcer who brings a sound system and a whole seamless run of show full of WOW moments and memories to last forever.
Can I tip my performer?
You are absolutely welcome to tip your performer! However, we never expect it and understand you are paying for a full service experience. You are welcome to hand them cash during their show or request their Venmo link afterwards if you’d like!
